MA-305

The MA 305 is a high gain electret microphone amplifier with the option of switchable AGC and adjustable output.

When switched to AGC the unit adjusts the sound level automatically so that even a whisper comes out at almost the same level as loud speech, thus preventing over loading of the audio recorder or VCR used with this unit. When AGC is switched off, the audio dynamic is uncontrolled and soft speech is soft and loud speech is very loud. You can set the output of the unit to give satisfactory recordings on your recorder without distorting speech. Ideal for recording conferences or surveillance recording. The MA-305 is also suitable for microphone input for a VCR level.

The MA-305 can also be used as a line receiver for sending audio over telephone line cable with the MA-305EX adaptor and the TEL-900EX line driver.
