Camlynk trasmission is full resolution colour to
near broadcast standard. Transmitters and receivers are a
compact, robust design and come complete with an extremely
accurate built in alignment and locking system. All systems are
designed for fast and easy installation. Whether using for
permanent or temporary applications, Camlynk gives high
performance, evidential quality transmissions.
Applications
Camlynk is designed for CCTV surveillance and broadcast systems,
transmitting video, audio and telemetry data from individual
cameras or multiplexers. Typical applications of Camlynk systems
include CCTV schemes for town centres, industrial estates,
hospitals, airports, car parks, offices, blocks of flats etc.
They are equally suited for spanning obstacles such as rivers,
roads, railway lines and docks.
Benefits
Camlynk systems are quick and easy to install and extremely cost

compared to certain higher cost transmission systems, e.g.
Microwave. A key feature of the system is the ability to upgrade.
The systems are configured with plug-in modules which allow the
system to have telemetry data or audio added at a later stage

anywhere in the world, with no associated licence fee and can be

the application of as many links as required on any given site.

as and when required. As an optical system Camlynk is not
affected by outside interference from other transmission
systems.
