When distance becomes important and there is a limit on the transmit power, the receiver end will be the side to carry out improvements in distance.

Receiver sensitivity is extremely important. The average receiver has a sensitivity of -55 to -65db. Our equipment is designed for a much better sensitivity.

A variety of aerials are available to increase the range of the system. The aerial must be suitable for that particular application.

There are no rules for quality or distance unless both sites are fixed as in a point-to-point line-of-sight situation. In this case we can assist with recommendations to the equipment to be used.
